Looking for the outlet?  It closed on March 14, 2020 due to covid restrictions.

As it became clear that the shutdown could be rather lengthy, we changed course.   The outlet space was converted to more online shelving, thus expanding the online inventory.  We also donated over 10,000 outlet books to various charities, such as food pantries, prison libraries, and other missions.

We weren’t looking for a new normal that would permanently close the outlet portion of our business.  But, with covid and with necessary pivots to keep going, we found one that works very well.
